🌸 Fresh Flowers, Returns & Complaints Policy

At Gabriel Flowers Gifts Events, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve genuine concerns fairly and efficiently.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:


Direct Customers Only

We handle concerns only with the person who placed the order directly with us.

If you are the recipient of a gift, please ask the purchaser to contact us regarding any concerns.


Fresh Flowers – 24 Hour Notification

Fresh flowers are perishable and naturally vary in lifespan depending on care, environment, and handling.

Any concerns regarding freshness, quality, or condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

To lodge a concern, the purchaser must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Complaints made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect order or items damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for fresh flowers and within 4 business days for non-perishable items via:

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.


Damage Due to Handling or Falling

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including damage due to mishandling, improper care, or accidental dropping.

If you wish to reorder, we are happy to assist you.


Change of Mind

Many of our products are made-to-order or personalised. Please carefully review your order before confirming.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or recipient preference.


Changes to Orders

Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.

Changes may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@gabrielaustralia.com, provided the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.

Once production has begun or the order has been shipped, modifications cannot be made.


Lost / Unclaimed Parcels

We do not provide refunds if an incorrect shipping address is supplied at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Change of Address

Shipping details are shown at checkout and in confirmation emails. Address changes can only be requested before the order is processed.

While we will try to accommodate requests made within 12 hours of order confirmation, we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses.

Gabriel Flowers Gifts Events is not liable for any loss associated with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines.

If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law — for example, if it arrives in unacceptable condition — we will provide a remedy in accordance with the law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.



Refunds & Store Credit

If a remedy is required due to a minor issue, we reserve the right to provide a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind, recipient preference, or minor issues.

If a product experiences a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, the customer is entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. Where a refund is required by law, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

Store credit:

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used within [insert validity period]

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
